If you have changed your phone number or address, it it very important to let us know, so we can update your health records.
You can do so in the following ways:
Submit an eConsult via the home page of our website, using the ‘Contact reception’ option.
Update your details using the same app you use for ordering repeat prescriptions e.g. NHS app, or Patient Access
If you don’t have internet access you can telephone the practice to let our Patient Care Administrators your new details.
